  2. Provide 1 cup chickpeas
  3. Provide 1 cup diced baby spinach leaves
  4. Prepare 2 strips of thick cut bacon
  5. Get 10 oz can of enchilada sauce
  6. Prepare 1 lime (juiced)
  7. Get 4 flour or corn tortillas
  8. You need 2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  9. Get 1 tsp onion salt
  10. Provide 4 habeneros, finely diced (optional but recommended)
