  1. Prepare 6 tender drumstick
  2. Use 1 tbsp chickpea flour/besan
  3. Get 1 tsp chilli powder
  4. You need 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  5. Provide 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  6. Take 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Provide 1 tbsp lemon juice
  8. Take to taste Salt
Instructions to make Crispy drumstick:
  1. Cut the drumsticks in the size you desire. Peel off a little bit while cutting it.
  2. Heat up just enough water you will need to boil drumsticks. Add 1/2 tsp salt in boiling water.
  3. When water starts boiling add drumsticks and boil for 3 minutes, this will soften the outer side slightly.
  4. Drain the water completely, save the water to use in dal or soups.
  5. In a bowl put boiled drumsticks and all the dry ingredients except besan, use a spoon or toss it. Then add ginger garlic paste, mix it well.
  6. Add lemon juice, this will moist the drumsticks. Now add besan, stir until there is no dry besan remaining.
  7. Cover and leave for 30 minutes atleast.
  8. In a pan heat up 2 tbsp oil, add drumstick pieces one by one and fry on low-medium by turning in between until drumsticks are cooked and gets the desired colour. Serve hot.
