  1. Prepare 4 pieces drumsticks
  2. Prepare 1 cup water
  3. Use 1 cup buttermilk
  4. You need 1/2 cup besan(gram flour)
  5. You need 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  6. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Provide to taste Salt
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  9. Provide 2 tbsp Oil
Steps to make Drumstick Curry:
  1. Wash and clean the drumstick thoroughly. Chop off the top a bit and partially peel it with knife itself. Chop them into finger length pieces of equal size and use it in curries
  2. Boil the drumstick pieces in a pressure cooker. After one whistle turn off the stove. Take it out once it cools down.
  3. Now heat a wok on medium heat and add some oil, add boiled drumsticks, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix with spatula.
  4. Now add some water, stir it for 5 minutes. Then add buttermilk. Leave it for another 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Add 2 tbsp of gram flour and mix it with spatula.. (drumsticks should not break while mixing)
  6. Add lemon juice, and red chilli powder again. Mix well
  7. If it's thick you can add lil bit of water.
