  1. You need 500 grams Drumstick approximately
  2. Get 2 Onions medium sized
  3. Provide 2-3 Tomatoes medium sized
  4. Take 6-7 Garlic cloves

  1. Cut peel and wash the drumsticks.
  2. Put 1 tbsp mustard oil, let it be smoky add drumstick and fry for 5 mins.
  3. Take out the drumstick in plate and add more oil in kadhaai. When it's hot add jeera and add sliced onions and cook until it starts getting Brown, then add garlic paste, and make a paste in blender (tomato, mustard and add all the dry masala).
  4. Cook well add salt and keep on cooking on low flame, cook till oil start seperating, add drumstick and cook for 2 min. Put it in cooker with some water and cook till 1-2 whistle or until drumstick get soft. Then it's done.
  5. Remove the lid and serve hot with rice.
