The ingredients needed to prepare Drumstick masala:
  1. You need 2 Drumsticks chopped
  2. You need 3 tsp Gram flour (roasted)
  3. Take 3 tsp peanuts (roasted)
  4. Take 3 tsp Coconut (grated)
  5. Provide to taste salt
  6. You need 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  7. Provide 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Use 1 tsp coriander and cumin powder
  9. Take 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  10. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  11. You need 2 tsp sugar (optional)
  12. Get 1 tsp oil
  13. Take 5-10 curry leaves
  14. You need as needed water
Steps to make Drumstick masala:
  1. First, Take the drumsticks and slit in the center. Boil the water in the pot and steam the drumsticks.
  2. Now, Drumsticks are boiling let's prepare the masala mix,First in the bowl add Gram flour (roasted), peanuts (roasted), coconut (grated), salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander and cumin powder, asafoetida, garam masala powder, sugar and them mix them all. Once you mix them properly add in Oil and again mix it.
  3. Now, the Drumsticks out and let it cool down. Once it's cool, start stuffing the mixture in just a little bit.
  4. Add oil in the pan to heat up, then add cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves saute for a bit and then add in stuffed drumsticks.
  5. Sauté this few second after add masala mix. Let coom for 2 minutes after which add some water. Then cover the pan and cook it for atleast 3 minutes. Now your Drumsticks masala is ready to be served
