  2. Prepare 5-10 Small onions -
  3. Use Onion - 1 chopped
  4. Provide Green chilies - As per taste

  6. You need 2 Tbsp Dhaniya/Coriander Seeds -
  7. Provide 1 Tbsp KhusKhus/Poppy seeds -
  8. Provide 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds -
  9. You need 2 Tbsp Tamarind pulp -
  10. Take 1/2 Tsp Chili powder -
  11. Provide 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder -
  12. Take 1/2 Tsp Split urad dal -

  14. Prepare 4-6 pods Garlic -
  15. You need 1 Tbsp Oil -
Instructions to make Drumstick gravy:
  1. Soak coriander seeds, KhusKhus, and cumin seeds in hot water for 20 minutes
  2. Then, grind to a smooth paste and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and when spluttered add split urad dal, green chilies, and onions. Sautee this well.
  3. To that add a drumstick and saute. After sauteing add tomatoes and salt. Mix well and close and cook till the drumstick is soft.
  4. Then, add chili powder, turmeric powder, and mix well. Add little hot water and cook.
  5. Once the drumstick is cooked add tamarind pulp and mix well. At the end add the ground garlic and curry leaves.
  6. Close and cook for a few minutes. Finally serve the hot drumstick curry with rice
