  1. Provide 140 grams all-purpose flour (1 cup)
  2. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  3. Take 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  4. You need 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. Get 1 tablespoon sugar
  6. Prepare 1 large egg
  7. Provide 250 grams milk
  8. Prepare 1 tablespoon vinegar (you can substitute butter milk for the milk and vinegar if you have it)

  7. Once they start to bubble slightly, you can flip them over. Once they go a bit brown on both sides, transfer to a plate. Now add some more butter to the pan, and repeat until they're all finished. You might have to turn the heat down as you cook more to avoid cooking them too fast.
