- Get 150 grams Silken tofu
- Use 70 grams Bread (strong) flour
- Prepare 1 Egg (medium)
- Take 30 grams Milk
- Use 1 tsp Baking powder
- Take 1 pinch Sugar

- Whisk the tofu in a large bowl until creamy.
