- Get 1 pack cooked mussels
- You need 1 pack beansprouts
- Get 1-2 tsp soysauce
- Provide 1-2 tsp fish sauce
- You need 2-3 spring onions - finely chopped
- Provide 1 Egg
- Use 2-3 tbsp vegetable cooking oil
- Use 1-2 stalks coriander
- Use Pancake mixture
- You need 1/2 cup corn flour
- Provide 1 cup plain flour
- Take 2 cups rice flour
- You need 4-5 cups cold water

- Prepare mussels, mix the pancake mixture with cold water. Start with 3 cups first then add more if needed to. The consistency should be runny and lose
