  3. Take 1 packages Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
  4. Prepare 1 packages tortilla chips
  5. You need 1 packages Mexican shredded cheese
  6. Use 1 medium jalapeno
  7. Use 4 tbsp honey

  1. Preheat oven to 350?
  2. In large mixing bowl, shred the cooked chicken into nice bite sized pieces
  3. Grab your favorite bbq sauce (Sweet Baby Rays is my favorite), and squeeze the entire bottle into the bowl with the chicken
  4. then add the honey & mix it all up until the chicken is completely coated with the sauce
  5. In your large casserole dish, add your nachos and half of the package of shredded Mexican cheese
  6. Then, drop spoonfuls of the chicken mixture in an even layer on top of the nachos and cheese
  7. add remaining cheese & diced jalapeno pepper (guts and seeds removed)
