The ingredients needed to cook 'Indian Momo' Stuffing:
  1. You need 2 Medium sized onions
  2. Use 1 Beetroot
  3. You need 2 Potatoes
  4. Use 4 Carrots
  5. Provide 2 Capsicum
  6. Prepare 15-20 French Beans
  7. You need 5-6 flowers of cauliflower
  8. Prepare 1/4 th medium sized cabbage
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  10. Use 4 green chillies
  11. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
  12. Take 1/4 tsp black peeper powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. You need 1 tsp red chilli powder
  15. Provide 1 tsp fried cumin powder
  16. Provide 1 tsp kitchen king powder
  17. You need Salt as per taste
  18. Use 3-4 tsp oil
Instructions to make 'Indian Momo' Stuffing:
  1. Chop all the veggies into small cubes. Or you can use a handy chopper for quick result. Wash them properly and make sure no water is left in the vessel.
  2. Heat a pan and add 3-4 tspn oil into it. Add 1 tspn of cumin seeds, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Stir it for 2 minutes.
  3. Now, after the paste turns golden brown, add all the veggies to it and cook it for 8-10 minutes. Further add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and kitchen king and cook it for a couple of minutes. Lastly add the fried cumin powder, black pepper powder and salt and cook it for another 3-4 minutes. Do not add water at any stage or it might turn sticky and your momo may get stuck to the momo stand and break.
  4. Now turn off the flame and let the stuffing cool down completely. If you fill these in the doe while they're hot, your momo may get moist and break.
