  1. Prepare 1400 ml whole milk
  2. Prepare 600 ml heavy or double cream
  3. Provide 2 Vanilla bean pods split with seeds removed
  4. Provide 3/4 piece freshly grated nutmeg
  5. Get 3 cinnamon sticks
  6. Take 350 ml vanilla spiced rum
  7. Provide 7 large eggs
  8. Take 200 g granulated sugar
