The ingredients needed to make Cheesy Baked Cauliflower:
  1. Take 1 cauliflower head (600 g florets)
  2. Take 40 g butter
  3. Use 4 tbsp flour (replaced with corn flour for gluten free option)
  4. Provide 2 cups milk (500ml)
  5. Provide 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar)
  6. Take 1 tsp salt
  7. Get Pepper to your liking
Steps to make Cheesy Baked Cauliflower:
  1. Boiled/steam the cauliflower florets until its tender to poke with a fork, drained and set aside. I like to boiled mine in a salted water.
  2. Prepare the cheesy sauce by adding flour and butter in a saucepan, mixed well and keep stirring until all combined and no more lumpy flour on the pan (as shown on the picture)
