The ingredients needed to make Strawberry Smoothie:
  1. Prepare 1 cup fresh strawberry chopped
  2. Get 2-3 tbsp hung curd
  3. You need 8-10 ice cubes
  4. You need 1/2 cup milk
  5. Use 3 tbsp honey
  6. Get For Garnishing-
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp finely chopped strawberry
  8. Take 2 strawberry pieces
  9. Take 1 tbsp fresh cream
Instructions to make Strawberry Smoothie:
  1. In a jar add strawberry, ice cube and hung curd blend them together. Then add milk and honey. Blend them all together. Serve in a glass garnish it with strawberry, fresh cream and strawberry piece at the edge of the glass.
  2. Note:1.(if you don't have hung curd you can use normal curd but the curd should not be watery.) 2.(Here I have used honey instead of sugar to keep it healthy. If you don't want to use honey you can use sugar)
