- In pan add 1/4cup oil and heat it on med low flame for 5-6mins.
- Meanwhile u take each of the chicken breast and dredge it into the coating mixture u need to press it a lil harder but not too much or else it will tear apart.after completely covering it with flour dip it for a second into cold water and again dredge into the flour mixture press a lil harder so u can get good strands of powder and chicken that u see in a zinger burger.
- FRY: put each chicken breast into heated pan (don't deep fry). increase the flame from med low to medium after 5minutes.dont cover the lid.cook each side nicely for about 8-10 mins or until golden brown from both sides.
- Once your chicken is done assembly is the next step.in a store brought bun apply some sauce u made earlier and put some cauliflower slices to this put the crispy chicken breast and apply some ketchup and cover it..serve it with some sauce u made..it's done.. enjoy π
