- You need 250 g chicken mince
- Use leaves Mint
- You need 7-8 garlic cloves

- Marinate the mince chicken with finely grated ginger, garlic and mint. Add one egg and some milk. The mixture will be a little runny but that is needed to get a juicy burger as chicken dries out very fast during the cooking process.
- To make the sauce: Add the chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar to heated oil. Let it caramelise and turn slightly brown. Add a splash of cider vinegar,add the green chilli, tomato sauce and some water and let it thicken to a sauce like consistency.
- Add the chicken patty to a heated pan and cover it with a glass lid. When one side is seared. Flip it over. Each side will take 10-15 minutes to cook. Keep it covered while it cooks
- Add sliced onions to the hot pan and grill them, so that they caramelise lightly.
- When it is almost done, add cheese slices (I used jalapeño flavoured cheese slices) and cover till the cheese melts
