- Provide 150 g chicken breast/thigh
- Provide Burger bun
- Take Tomato

- Mince the chicken with a food processor. I dont have one so i froze it then grated it. Lol… Worked perfectly.

- Add oil heat approx. 1-2 tbsp of oil on a pan and place the chicken patty. Cook each side for approx 5 mins on both sides. Once ready, place the cheese on one side and allow it to melt on the patty when its still on the heat.
