- Prepare 3 piece Chicken Drumstick & Thighs
- Take 2 stick Celery
- Provide 2 stick Carrot
- Prepare 2 Tomato
- You need 4 Small Potatoes
- Provide 1/2 Capsicum Green, Red & Yellow
- Use 1/2 Broccoli
- Get 1/2 Onion
- Get 3 clove Chopped Garlic
- You need 1 Coarse Sea Salt
- Get 1 tbsp Honey
- Take 1 Dried Basil
- Provide 1 Black Pepper
- Use 1/2 Lime
- Prepare 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

- Marinate the chicken with honey, chopped garlic, black pepper & a pinch of coarse sea salt. Marinate for at least half hrs.
- Cut all the vegetables & mix with dried basil, olive oil & a pinch of coarse sea salt.
- Place all the chicken at the top of the vegetables. Pre heat the oven at 230°C/446°F.
- Wrap up the pan with aluminium foil & bake in the oven at 230°C for 50min.
- After 50min, unwrapped the pan & bake again for another 20min at 230°C until the chicken skin turn into brownish at the top.
- Squeeze some lime juice.
