The ingredients needed to make Beef & Broccoli:
- You need new york stakes
- Use broccoli
- Get onion
- Use grated ginger
- Use garlic
- Get soy sauce
- Provide rice wine vinegar
- Use red pepper flakes
Instructions to make Beef & Broccoli:
- Combine the soy sauce, copped garlic, rice wine vinegar and red chili flake in a bowl with about 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Mix well.
- Slice the stake into 1/4 inch pieces. (if you b place them in the freezer for about 30 mins before it slices alot easier) Place the stake in the soy sauce mixture.
- Cut all the broccoli and onion.
- Preheat a non stick skillet to high. (my wok works the best) Heat a table spoon of oil. Add the stake, leaving the extra marinade in the bowl, brown meat.
- Add the veggies to the wok, when the vegetables are almost done pour the remaining marinade ove and cook for 3 more mins.
- Serve hot with rice.. its awesome. You'll never order take out again.
