The ingredients needed to prepare Grilled Fish:
  1. Prepare 2 Fish Filet (Indian Salmon, Sea Bass, or Seer)
  2. Get 2 Teaspoons White wine vinegar
  3. Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon Gingergarlic paste
  4. Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme Dried
  5. Take 1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary Dried
  6. Provide 1/2 Teaspoon Basil Dried
  7. Provide To Taste Salt
  8. Prepare 1 Teaspoon Olive oil to brush on the grill surface
Instructions to make Grilled Fish:
  1. Lightly mix all the spices above.
  2. Marinate the fish filet with the mix and let it rest for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Switch the grill ON and let it heat at the default pre-heat setting. (3 mins, approx.)
  4. Grease the grill surface (both base and lid) lightly with a brush dipped in olive oil.
  5. Place the fish on the base and close the lid ensuring that it doesn't touch the top of the filet. Your filet should be grilled in 3-4 mins.
  6. (Optional) If your grill doesn't have this provision in step 5, keep the lid open. Flip the filet after 3-4 mins and grill for 2-3 mins longer. Et, voila! Ready to eat with lightly buttered, mixed-herb rice or pasta!
