  1. Prepare 1 kg chicken wings
  2. You need 2 bulb onion
  3. Prepare 8 fresh peppers
  4. Use 1 tsp mimosa garlic and ginger paste
  5. You need to taste Salt
  6. Get 2 knorr cube
  7. Provide 1/2 tsp oregano
  8. Take 1 cup barbecue sauce
  9. Use 2 tbsp ketchup

  1. Blend onions and pepper, set aside. Wash chicken wings and marinate with half of the blended paste add salt, Mimosaplace garlic and ginger paste, oregano and knorr cube
  2. Mix everything together and set aside I marinates overnight and when chicken is head I use a different method
  3. Preheat oven and while you are doing it remove marinated chicken and steam for about 25mins once it's almost tender turn off heat
  4. Place chicken in an oven tray and send to the oven for 45mins
  5. In a different bowl pour in cup of barbecue sauce, honey, ketchup and the remaining blended paste and stir together
  6. After 45mins remove chicken for oven and toss chicken into the barbecue paste and stir everything together and send it to the oven immediately
  7. Allow it for less than 7mins and remove from the oven. Sprinkle sesame sees on and share
