  1. Provide 500 grams peeled prawns/shrimp tails on
  2. Prepare Olive oil
  3. Prepare 2 cloves garlic
  4. You need 2 small red chillies
  5. Take Fresh coriander (cilantro)
  6. Prepare Sweet chilli sauce
  7. Take Fresh rocket
  8. Use Snow pea sprouts
  9. Take 1 squeeze lime juice
