- You need 1 cup muesli
- Take 1 tbspn dried cranberries
- Prepare 2 tbspn pumpkin seeds
- Get 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Prepare 3 tbspn honey
- Take 2 tbspn butter
- Prepare 1 pinch salt

- Keep all ingredients ready. I had pumpkin seeds and cranberries so I've used them. (You can add any nuts or rasins or pitted and chopped dates)
- Line a tray with foil/parchment paper. Dry roast the muesli in a nonstick pan. Just for 3 minutes till crisp.
- Melt butter add sugar and honey. Keep the flame low.Let it boil.
- When it starts to bubble switch of flame and add salt. Toss in the muesli and mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the tray and press tightly. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Take out of refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature. It will be a solid block. Cut into bars.
- Yummy Granola Bars are ready to munch. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Stays fresh for a week.
