- Take 1 packet indomine noodles
- Take 3 eggs
- Take Salt
- You need 1 cup water
- You need 2 tablespon oil
- Get 1 Sliced onion
- Prepare Bellpeper
- You need Blackpeper
Instructions to make Noodles omelette (Egg noodles omelette):
- In a small pot, pour1cup of water and place on medium heat to boil,once the water starts to boil add 1small packet of noodles,cover and let the noodles to cook till soft.
- Once soft,add the salt,chilli and oil which comes along with the noodles,stir and let it cook for 3-5minutes till the water is completely dry and the noodles are nicely cooked, once ready remove from the heat and place aside.
- Take a small bowl, add 3eggs,salt,pepper,slice onion and bellpeper and mix everything well.
- Place a pan on medium heat, pour 2tablespoon of oil and let the oil to be hot, once hot pour the eggs and cook for 30sec -1minute till nicely cook,then flip on the other side to cook for 10sec and flip immediately.
- Add the cooked noodles at the center then fold the egg and let it cook for 1-2minutes and your noodle omelette is ready and serve on a plate.
- Serve with some chilli sauce or any sauce and enjoy with a cold drink !!!
