- You need maida/All-purpose flour
- You need eggs
- Take green chillies
- Prepare onion thinly sliced

- First add maida, a pinch of salt and Knead a soft dough, add 1 tsp of oil in it and again Knead it well. Cover it and keep it aside for about half an hour.
- Now add onion slices, cucumber cuts, sauces, a pinch of salt, mix them and keep it aside.
- Now divide the dough into 2 equal portions and roll it out into a chapati. In a frying pan cook the parathas 50 percent and keep them aside. Now take a bowl, add an egg into it, add sum salt, green chilli cuts and whisk it properly. Put the scrambled egg on the pan and the half cooked paratha over it. The egg will get stick to the paratha. Now cook the paratha completely by flipping it out untill crisp.
