  1. First take water,add some salt,wait for boil,when water boil add soaked rice and cook it.
  2. Now add mozrella cheese in cooked rice mix well and keep aside for cool
  3. For making samosa potato, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add cumin seeds,now add green chilli paste and turmeric powder and saute
  4. Now add boiled potato,chat masala,cumin powder,garam masala powder and salt one by one and mix well and finally add lemon juice and chopped correinder mix well and switch of gas
