  4. When the colour of the pork changes, add the carrot, then the stems of the Japanese mustard spinach, then the leaf parts, and finally the Chinese chives (in order of the longest to shortest cooking times), then continue stir-frying.
  5. When the vegetables are soft and wilted, drizzle on sake and soy sauce. Mix and continue stir-frying, then done. Serve onto a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and enjoy.
