  1. You need (approximately) beef Brisket
  2. Get Salt and pepper
  3. Provide olive oil
  4. You need beef stock cube
  5. Prepare Worcestershire sauce
  6. Get red wine
  7. Provide large onion, sliced
  8. Use garlic cloves, crushed
  9. You need dried bay leaves

  1. Remove string from the Brisket and season well with salt.
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large frying pan and brown on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
