  1. Preparation of dough : Take a cup add 1/4cup of warm water in it then add yeast and left for 5 min then take a big bowl add flour, sugar, salt yeast and water mixture and oil mix them then gradually add water and mix knead it and make a soft dough… Then cover it with a cloth and left for 5 to 6 hours until it becomes double in quantity…

For Stuffing Prepration : Take a bowl add 1.5 cup of shredded prepared chicken then add 1/3cup thinly chopped cabbage, 1/4cup of chopped capsicum, 1 chopped tomato, 1/4cup of chopped spring onion mix it well then add 1/2cup mayyonies, 1/3cup chilli garlic sauce and 2tbsp Peri Peri sauce mix it well and put aside… It will take almost 10 mints
  4. Assembling ;Take the prepared dough knead it then divide it in 2 equal portion now take one portion of it then roll it flatten it now add half of the prepared chicken stuffing in it then add put 3 slices of cheese the cover it from both side…
  5. Then make the another one in the same way then apply egg over them and sprinkle parsley and put tomato slices 4 slices on each then take a baking tray grease it with oil then put them over it and bake at 180°c for almost 20 mins then serve…
