- Take For covering/roti
- Take maida/flour

- Take all the ingredients for roti in a bowl,mix and make a semi soft dough.Cover and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan,fry onion and green chilli till golden.Add ginger garlic paste,cook for 1 minute on low flame.
- Add minced chicken and allpowdered spices,mix well.Add chopped tomato.Mix them all,add 1 cup water and salt.Cover and cook for 5-6 minute on low-medium flame.
- Blend both the eggs,add 1 tbsp to the minced chicken,mix well and dry water if any.
- Add chopped coriander,remove from flame.
- Now make 2 equall parts of the dough,roll into roti of 9-10 "diameter.Heat a tawa and cook one side on low flame.
- Flip after 1 minute,apply 1 tbsp egg on the surface of roti,flip and apply 1tbsp egg on the edges of roti.
- Flip again,put half of the stuffing on the centre of roti,fold the edges as shown in picture.Apply 1tbsp egg on roti.
- Flip and pour some oil,cook the baida roti till golden.
- Take out from tawa,prepare another baida roti in the same manner.Cut into desired pieces and serve with garlic sauce.
- Serve hot.
