- Prepare 4 cups wheat flour
- Prepare to taste salt
- Take 3 tsp ghee (clarified butter) water as required
- Get Oil for shallow fry as required
- Use For stuffing:
- Use 500 gms chicken mince
- You need 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Use 2 onions finely chopped
- Use 2 cups mint coriander leaves
- Take to taste salt
- Provide 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 2 tsp garam masala powder
- Get 1 tsp coriander powder
- Take 2 green chillies Finely chopped
Instructions to make Chicken Kheema Paratha:
- In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, ghee and salt by adding water. Knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes
- Heat a pan & add the chicken mince ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric chilli & garam masala powder. saute for few minutes & add the onions, green chillies & cook till water evaporates & mixture is dry. cool the mixture & add the mint coriander leaves.. !!
- Divide the dough into equal lemon size balls.roll out a a small roti.. Keep the stuffing in the center of the rounds. Place another rolled roti on top of the stuffing. Give a gentle press using the roller. the top and bottom chapattis should stick together.
- Heat a tawa & cook the parathas on both the sides. drizzle oil on both sides by flipping the parathas & cook till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with Kesar Phirni
