- First make stuffing, fry in little oil onion and then lehsan adrak paste 1/4tsp and golden add carrot and capiscum and bhonofy

- Take out ur dough and make a square with roller pin and put ghee all in center cover from one side then other side down wards and put in freezer. Do this process 4times and spread maida on slap and again fold out in 4 sides without ghee because ghee is in side we have to emerge it inside and tap with maida and keep in freezer twice aisa karna h. - Know take out /2hoour before filling it become soft and roll with roller pin sheet and fill stuffing and make your shape you like and egg wash spread and press with fork and keep in preheat oven 35mints
