Cook till soft then add all other ingredients and leave to simmer for an hour or so. I like to add extra chilli to mine once served but 1 chilli will do if you have children eating it too. I like to serve my chilli with steamed rice, guacamole, jalapeños, tortillas, cheese and sour cream. I also sprinkle fresh coriander and spring onion on mine.
