The ingredients needed to make Cheese Chilli:
- Provide 3 tbsp corn starch
- Take 200 gm cheese
- You need to taste Salt
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp black pepper

Instructions to make Cheese Chilli:
- Cut cheese in cubes and add corn flour and salt and black pepper into it and mix all them together and take a pan add butter and fry these cheese cubes in butter/oil.
- Cheese should be little brown.Now keep aside the fried cheese..and chop onion and capsicum as shown
- Now take a pan and add oil into it and then add green chilli and now add chopped onion and capsicum into it and saute for 3-4 minutes
- Add salt to taste and black pepper and mix it well and saute for next 2 minutes
- Now add soya sauce and ketchup into it and then add fried cheese into it and add dalchini powder and crushed kasuri methi and mix all the ingredients well and serve it
