- Take 1/2 lb ground beef
- Take 1/2 onion; diced
- Prepare 1 stalk celery; diced
- Prepare 1/2 carrot; diced
- Prepare 3 garlic cloves; diced
- Take 4 tomatoes preferably beefsteak tomatoes

- You need 1 Yukon gold potato; cut into wedges
