  1. First of all smoke the brinjals on a rack placed on stove…on slow flame until burn all sides or peels of brinjals….then remove skin chopped finely with knife on chopping board
  2. Now chopped step by step all veggies….but these shud be finely chopped… garlic
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Parsley
  5. Onion
  6. Add 2 tbs yoghurt
  7. Add 2 tbs tahina sesame paste
  8. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper
  9. Mix it well and voila delicious tabbouleh is ready to serve… drizzled olive oil… olives and some tomatoes…
