  1. Provide medium brinjals….cooked on flame and peeled
  2. Get medium tomato (chopped)
  3. Use small onion or 1/4 of large onion (chopped)
  4. Provide lemon juice
  5. Use yoghurt
  6. Provide tahina (sesame) paste

  1. First of all smoke the brinjals on a rack placed on stove…on slow flame until burn all sides or peels of brinjals….then remove skin chopped finely with knife on chopping board

  4. Parsley
  5. Onion
  6. Add 2 tbs yoghurt
  7. Add 2 tbs tahina sesame paste
