The ingredients needed to make Baked Walleye:
- You need butter or extra virgin olive oil
- Prepare whole wheat ritz crackers
- Get shredded parmesan cheese (opt.)
- Use dried oregano
- Prepare dried basil
- Take salt
- Use garlic powder
- Prepare to 1 1/2lbs walleye fillets
Instructions to make Baked Walleye:
- Crush crackers and place in flat container.
- Add season & Parmesan to cracker crumbs & mix
- In a clean container, coat walleye with oil.
- Press walleye into cracker crumbs on both sides.
- Place on wire rack in a shallow pan.
- Place in oven for 30 min. at 350°F until flakes apart.
