- You need 1 pkg sausage, Slice Andiollie
- You need 1 small head of cabbage Diced
- You need 1 medium onion Diced
- Provide 5-6 gold or red potatoes peeled and quartered

- Cook on stovetop. Bring to a boil on medium high heat. Turn down to medium heat and simmer about 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
