  1. Use 1 lb Quality Italian Sausage
  2. Take 3 Garlic cloves, pressed
  3. Get 1 each Red, Yellow and Green Bell Pepper, cut into vertical strips
  4. Prepare 2 Sweet Onions, sliced
  5. Get 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
  6. Prepare 24 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
  7. Provide 3 pinch Crushed Red Pepper & Oregano

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Poke each Sausage with a Fork 4-5 times

  7. Slice Sausage into Thirds & Add back in pot bring to a boil and Simmer for 10mins then put the pot in the oven
  8. Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated and peppers are tender about 30-40mins
  9. Serve on a plate, Have it with Pasta, Rice or Stuff it in a Sandwich Roll with Cheese! ;)
