  1. Prepare wheat bread cubed
  2. Take bulk pork sausage
  3. Prepare each of diced pepper and onion
  4. Get shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  1. In a skillet cook sausage, peppers and onion together…..drain of all fat and let cool.
  2. In a greased 13 x 9 in pan place bread cubes.
  3. Place cooled sausage mixture on top then sprinkle cheese evenly.
