- Take 100 gms red pumpkin
- Use 100 gms sweet potatoes
- Get 1 pinch salt

- Prepare water as needed for pureeing

- After cleaning, Chop sweet potatoes and pumpkins in thin wedges
- Brush a tbsn oil on them using a pastry brush
