  1. You need 1 bag mixed frozen seafood, defrosted
  2. Take 1 onion, diced
  3. Use 1 clove garlic, crushed
  4. Take 1 tin plum tomatoes
  5. You need Splash Fish sauce
  6. Take Pinch dried chilli
  7. Provide 1 tbsp tomato paste

  1. Sauté diced onion until soft. Add crushed garlic and dried chilli and cook for a minute over a low heat.
  2. Tip in the tinned tomatoes and break up. Loosen with approx 50ml hot water.

  4. Cool, covered for 10 minutes.
  5. Check seasoning of the tomatoes. Add a grind of black pepper. Don’t add salt at this stage as the seafood is salty.
  6. Add seafood to the hot tomato mix, give a thorough stir and heat through for 5 minutes or until piping hot.
