The ingredients needed to make Hasselback Potatoes:
  1. Get 8 medium potatoes
  2. Use olive oil, as needed
  3. Get to taste salt
  4. Take grated parmesan cheese, as needed
Instructions to make Hasselback Potatoes:
  1. Place the potato between two level wooden spoons.
  2. Carefully and thinly slice the potatoes, the spoons well help you to not slice all the way down through the potato.
