The ingredients needed to make Potato cutlet:
  1. Use 6 russet potato big
  2. You need 500 grams Minced meat (chicken or mutton)
  3. Use 2 onions
  4. Use 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  5. You need 1 tbs Ginger garlic finely chopped
  6. Get 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  7. You need 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. Provide 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
  9. Prepare to taste Salt
  10. You need 2 Eggs
  11. Use 1 and 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  12. Provide as required Oil to fry
Steps to make Potato cutlet:
  1. Wash potatoes and boil until soft.
  2. Take the potatoes and remove the skin when it cool.
  3. Mash the potatoes with a masher, add 1/2 tsp salt, mix thoroughly and keep aside.
  4. Wash the meat, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, ginger and garlic, coriander leaves, salt, mix well
  5. Chop onion into very small squares. Keep a a pan, add 2tbs oil, fry onion until golden brown, now add mixed meat and fry in medium flame, and add 1/2 glass water, cover and cook in a low flame until the meat soft and dry (approx 20 min).
  6. Once it cool, take a ball of mashed potato, flatten in palm, keep a spoon of meat, cover it properly, and keep
  7. Beat the eggs, roll the cutlets, then roll it in breadcrumbs and arrange in a plate, cover with kitchen tissue and keep for 20 mins.
  8. Keep a pan pour oil and fry the cutlet in a medium flame 2 at a time and keep it on the tissues to remove excess oil.
  9. Serve with sweet and sour sauce
