- Get 2 lbs Ground turkey
- Get 2 boxes scalloped potatoes
- Get gravy (if wanted)
- Get granulated garlic
- Get 1/2 yellow or white onion
- Provide 1/4 cup shredded parmigiano cheese
Steps to make Cheesy Potato Casserole:
- Prepare your potatoes and ground turkey on the stove top in different pans. Add the granulated garlic to the potatoes while they cook.
- After ground turkey has cooked through, add your diced onion to the pan and continue to cook until the onions and turkey are fully cooked.
- Add cheese sauce to the potatoes when the water has almost evaporated, and continue to cook until cheese sauce is reduced.
