- Now take a one cucumber and remove all the cucumber pulp. And keep inside 1 tbsp orange rice other side keep 1 tbsp white rice and keep aside 1 tbsp green rice. And cut one by one piece. And last put one by one piece of beetroot on top. Ready to serve
