The ingredients needed to make Butter cookies:
  1. You need Refined flour (maida)
  2. You need Custard powder
  3. You need Butter (100g)
  4. Use Vanilla essence
  5. Prepare cashew nuts (Broken into small pieces)
  6. Take almond (Broken into small pieces)
  7. Take salt (If the butter is salty, skip adding salt)
  8. Provide Baking powder
  9. Use Baking soda
  10. You need Milk
Instructions to make Butter cookies:
  1. Take butter and castor sugar in a bowl and beat it with a blender till it become light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and beat well.
  2. Put refined flour, baking soda and baking powder into another bowl and mix it well with a spoon
  3. Mix this dry mixture in the butter and sugar mixture and add broken small pieces of cashew almonds into it.
  4. Knead the mixture by adding milk in it. Make small balls with your hands and press it with a fork.
  5. Take a baking tray, grease it with ghee or butter and put the prepared cookies in the tray.
  6. Preheat the Microwave in convention mode at 180°C
  7. Place the tray filled with cookies in the oven and set the oven to 180°C in convection mode for 15 minutes.
  8. After 15 minutes, take out the cookies from the oven and check, if the cookies are not golden brown, then check them for 2-3 minutes and bake till the edges turn golden brown.
