The ingredients needed to make Cardamom and saunf sharbat:
- Prepare 2 tbsp saunf/fennel seeds
- Use 8-10 Cardamom
- Take 1 cup water
- You need 1 1/2 cup sugar (mishri)
Instructions to make Cardamom and saunf sharbat:
- Mix all the ingredients and soak in water overnight.
- Boil in water for 5-7 min.
- Strain it. - Add sugar and make sugar syrup of 1 thread consistency
- You can store it in a bottle for 1 month in fridge.
- To make Sharbat:- - Add 2 tbsp syrup in a glass and you can make sharbat by adding water/milk.
