The ingredients needed to make Pasta indiana:
- Get pasta
- Get paneer (diced into small pieces)
- You need cabbage shredded
- Get capsicum (cut into julience)
- Take big onion (sliced)
- Take chopped garlic
- Provide chopped ginger
- Take cooking oil
- Prepare cheese sauce
- Take tomato sauce
- You need vinegar
- Prepare soya sauce

- Boil water in a deep vessel and on boiling hot add salt and few drops of oil. To it add pasta and cook for 15 mins till it is cooked properly
- Once the pasta is cooked drain the water using a sieve and washed it with plain water. This prevents pasta sticking to each other and the pasta remains dry
- Heat the wok and pour cooking oil (I have used groundnut oil), once the oil is hot add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for few seconds and to it add cabbage, capsicum and onion and stir fry it on high flame for 5 mins.
- Into the veggies add curry powder and saute for couple of minutes on a low flame. Then add shallow fried paneer and mixed it.
